Transfer your pork belly to a roasting tray, rub some olive oil into the rind and add plenty of salt (best to let the pork belly cool slightly before this process, and coarse sea salt is best!) 4. Crank your oven up to 220 and take out when your crackling is crispy 😋 5. Serve with your fave veggies and what’s left of the cider (if any) and enjoy!
